2024 Sales & Marketing Seminar

F rom August 26 to 30, 2024, Aix-les-Bains played host to our major annual seminar in France, bringing together the Sales & Marketing teams from the various Business Units plus some special guests. This long-awaited meeting enabled everyone to get together, exchange ideas and work hand in hand towards a common goal: to be the driving force behind our success. Under the inspiring theme of cinema, this year’s slogan was clear: “Festival d’Aix-les-Bains: Be actors in your own success”. For five days, our teams immersed themselves in a setting worthy of the greatest film festivals.

Creative workshops, interactive training and moments of sharing were organized to enable each participant to become fully aware of his or her key role within the company. Collaborative workshops: Brainstorming and reflection sessions brought out new ideas for improving collective performance. Team-building: In addition to motivating role-playing games and film screenings, there were two main activities: a hike on Mont Revard, offering a breathtaking view of the Savoyard landscape, conducive to reflection and team-building.

A boat trip on Lac du Bourget, a moment of relaxation for the team to recharge their batteries while strengthening bonds in an exceptional natural setting.

A positive outcome

The seminar was an opportunity to forge stronger links between departments and create real synergy between the different Business Units. Together, we were able to lay the foundations for a common strategy to face the coming months with dynamism and ambition.

We have come away from this seminar more united and motivated than ever, ready to face the challenges ahead and to write the next chapters of our success together.
