Report Generator

Generate an EndoPredict® Report1

Existing laboratory partners can upload measured gene expression data via the EndoPredict® Report Generator (EPRG) to create two standardized result documents.
Not yet a partner lab? You can try it out yourself by generating a sample report using the EndoPredict® Report Generator and the demo data files available in the download section of the EPRG.
  • Final Result Report – Includes the 12-Gene Molecular Score, the EPclin Risk Score, 10-year and 5–15-year recurrence risks, chemotherapy benefit, and risk classification (low- or high-risk).
  • Summary Report – Includes the 12-Gene Molecular Score and quality control metrics. This interim report is useful when clinical-pathological parameters like tumor size or nodal status are not yet available (e.g., after diagnostic biopsy). The included result table illustrates how clinical-pathological data affect the final EPclin score, risk of distant recurrence, and estimated chemotherapy benefit – helping to anticipate treatment decisions early on.

Step-by-Step Reporting Workflow

The report is calculated using the expression levels of 8 disease-relevant genes and 4 reference genes. When clinical-pathological factors such as tumor size and nodal status are available, they are incorporated into the final result report.
If this information is not yet available, a summary report can be generated based on molecular data alone.

Upload text file

  • To generate the report, simply upload the export file from the PCR platform to the EndoPredict Report Generator (EPRG).
  • Then, select the RNA extraction method used for your sample.
  • Reagent lot numbers

  • Verify the lot numbers entered into the PCR-Software.
  • Sample data

  • Enter patient data, including tumor size, nodal status and any remarks.
  • Create the reports.

    The EPclin Score

    ranges from 1.0 to 6.0.

    - A score of 3.3 or lower

indicates a low risk of recurrence

    (less than 10%).

-A score of 3.4 or higher

indicates a high risk of recurrence

    (10% or more).

    This clear cut-off enables confident

    decision-making in clinical practice.

    Risk of distant recurrence

    Absolute benefit

    from chemotherapy2

    Risk of late recurrence

    in years 5-153

The EndoPredict report supports physicians in explaining how molecular biology and clinical pathology together determine individual risk.

The final result- the EPclin Risk Score – combines the 12-Gene Molecular Score with key clinical factors (tumor size and nodal status) to provide a precise risk of distant recurrence and estimate the benefit of chemotherapy for each patient.
