The EurobioPlex FluCoSyn is a test using reverse-transcription and real-time amplification of viral RNA of Influenza (A and B), RSV (A and B) and SARS-CoV-2 (RdRp gene and N gene) and an endogenous control, based on a single Multiplex RT-PCR test, detecting all 3 viruses in a signal well.
