Der Eurobioplex HSV-1-, HSV-2- und VZV-Kit ist ein Echtzeit-Amplifikationstest für virale DNA jedes dieser Viren mit spezifischem Nachweis sowie einer DNA-Extraktions- und PCR-Inhibitionskontrolle. Der Test wird mit aus einer Probe extrahierter DNA in einer einzigen Vertiefung/Sondenreaktion durchgeführt.
