Acquisition of D.I.D, a supplier of in-vitro tests
Diagnostic International Distribution SpA (DID) is an Italian distributor of medical diagnostic products based in Milan. With more than 70 years of service to the microbiology laboratory, it operates in both clinical and industrial markets, offering high quality solutions. Throughout its long history and thanks to its reputation for excellence, DID has always supported the solid growth of the Italian medical and industrial markets.
DID adheres to the highest standards (ISO9001) in all its operations and focuses on the breadth and depth of its product ranges to serve its customers, supported by talented staff (26 employees) and open and transparent business practices.
DID is part of the Eurobio Scientific Group since July 2023.

Acquisition of GenDx, a provider of molecular diagnostic solutions
Specialized in molecular transplant diagnostics, GenDx develops and offers a comprehensive line of reagents and services, analysis software, and education.
GenDx is a pioneer in the area of Sequencing-Based Typing (SBT) for transplantation, offering high resolution HLA typing methods for Sanger and NGS platforms.
GenDx is located in the Netherlands and the US, it is part of the Eurobio Scientific Group since October 2022.

Acquisition of Biomedical Diagnostics, a distributor of in-vitro diagnostic equipment
Biomedical Diagnostics (BMD) is active in distribution, sales and marketing of high level in vitro diagnostics products and instrumentation in the Benelux.
It sells specialized products in niche markets, with scientific and technical skills of its staff as added value for its customers.
BMD has a professional team of people located in Belgium and in The Netherlands to achieve this goal.
BMD specializes in Auto-Immunity, Microbiology for infectious diseases, quality controls and monitoring of biotherapies.
BMD is located in Belgium from which it also serves The Netherlands, and is part of the Eurobio Scientific Group since June 2022.

Acquisition of TECOmedical AG, a supplier of specialised in-vitro tests
The Swiss-based TECOmedical Group is a leading provider of in-vitro speciality test systems in the areas of medical and veterinary diagnostic, biosafety and environmental testing. In addition it develops and evaluates new test systems in collaboration with opinion leaders or as service to pharma, CRO and research organisations.
TECOmedical is located in Switzerland and Germany. It also covers Austria, and is part of the Eurobio Scientific Group since July 2020.

Acquisition of Pathway & Personal Diagnostic
Eurobio Scientific UK (previously Pathway Diagnostics Ltd) has been supplying haemostasis, immunology, quality control materials and infectious disease products as a distributor and manufacturer to the UK and Ireland IVD, research, and industrial markets since 1998. The Company also operates its independent PathQAS Quality Assurance schemes for Coagulation, Allergy, Autoimmune serology, Calprotectin and Prekallikrein Activator assays.
The Eurobio Scientific Group also markets a range of self-tests on the British market through another subsidiary, Personal Diagnostics, which specializes in online sales (www.eurobio-scientific.co.uk/).
Eurobio Scientific UK and Personal Diagnostics are both located in the southwest of London, and are part of the Eurobio Scientific Group since july 2019.

Acquired GenBio (USA)
Formed in 1994, GenBio is an experienced, fully integrated medical diagnostic company focused on infectious disease and autoimmune disease diagnostics. The company develops, manufactures and markets extensive lines of infectious disease and autoimmunity serology products under U.S. FDA and ISO 13485 standards. These products are intended to identify the presence of antibodies to specific infectious and autoimmune diseases.
Genbio is located north of San Diego, California, and is part of the Eurobio Scientific Group since july 2017.
