- This DMEM formulation contains a high glucose level of 4,5g/L, four times more amino acids than Eagle’s Basic Medium (MBE) and four times more vitamins than MEM, some non-essential amino acids, ferric nitrate and Glutabio, a stabilized L-Glutamine.
- Suitable for the growth of primary culture of various normal or transformed cells lines such as primary fibroblasts, neurons, glials cells, HUVEC cells and smooth muscles cells, as well as cell lines.
