The EurobioPlex Chikungunya/Dengue test is a real-time amplification test by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), designed for the qualitative detection of the presence or absence of Chikungunya and of the 4 Dengue virus serotypes, without differentiation, in an RNA nuclear acid extract, and an encapsulated RNA bacteriophage (CI-ARN).
