EurobioPlex Community-acquired bacterial meningitis
The Eurobioplex Community-acquired bacterial meningitis is a test using real-time PCR amplification of bacterial DNA of Neisseria meningitidis, Streptococcus pneumoniae and Haemophilus influenzae, as well as a DNA extraction and PCR inhibition control. The test is performed directly from non-extracted samples of CSF or from extracted DNA .
