Get ready for the future of HLA typing with NGS-Pronto, our solution designed for Oxford Nanopore Technologies sequencing devices.
NGSgo-ProntoAmp offers amplification of 11 HLA loci using a whole-gene approach, resulting in at least a 3-field resolution. NGS-ProntoPrep offers a complete barcoded library preparation for sequencing on ONT devices. After nanopore sequencing the data can be directly analysed with GenDx software – NGSengine®-Turbo.
NGSgo-ProntoAmp and NGS-ProntoPrep are available as RUO.
