NGS-ProntoPrep offers a complete, easy-to-use barcoded library preparation solution specifically designed for high-resolution HLA typing on Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) devices. Designed for speed and accuracy, the workflow takes just 1.5 to 2 hours and is easily scalable for 1 to 96 samples. For a complete ONT workflow, simply amplify your DNA with NGSgo-ProntoAmp or NGSgo-ProntoFLX, prepare your library with NGS-ProntoPrep, sequence, and analyze your data with NGSengine. NGS-ProntoPrep is available as RUO.
