Description
The NGSgo library preparation is renowned for its ease-of-use and efficiency. It features an intelligent design that minimizes the amount of cleanups and quantifications, while offering the highest possible quality. The NGSgo Library Full Kit includes NGSgo-LibrX, NGSgo-IndX plate, and GenDx-AMPure XP. It can be used for manual pipetting, and is also suitable for use on a liquid handler as it contains sufficient volume for the liquid handler (validated on Beckman Coulter Biomek 4000, with re-use of leftover beads). The kit is compatible with Illumina platforms and available as RUO and CE-IVD (IVDR).
