Description
NGSgo-ProntoAmp offers amplification of 11 HLA loci using a whole-gene approach, resulting in at least a 3-field resolution.
NGSgo-ProntoAmp is compatible with:
NGSgo Library Full Kit for sequencing on Illumina systems.
NGS-ProntoPrep for sequencing on ONT devices.
After sequencing, the data can be directly analyzed with NGSengine®.
