Existing laboratory partners can upload measured gene expression data via the Prolaris® Biopsy Report Generator (PBRG) to create two standardized result reports.

Final Result Report
Includes the Prolaris Molecular Score (CCP), the Combined Clinical Risk Score (CCR), estimates of 10-year disease-specific mortality under conservative management, 10-year metastasis risk following single-modality treatment, and classification into one of three groups (active surveillance, single-modality, or multi-modality).
Summary Report
Includes comprehensive information on quality control and test performance, including the measured Ct values.
Step-by-Step Reporting Workflow
The report is calculated using the expression levels of 10 CCP genes and 6 reference genes. Clinical-pathological factors are incorporated into the final result report.

To generate the report, simply upload the export files from the quality control and the PCR run to the Prolaris Biopsy Report Generator (PBRG).
