EndoPredict® expands laboratory accessibility through new CFX96™ Dx compatibility

June 3, 2026

Eurobio Scientific announces a significant expansion in the laboratory implementation flexibility of EndoPredict, with the addition of compatibility with the CFX96™ Dx Real-Time PCR Detection System (Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc.), in combination with QIAGEN RNA extraction kits.

In addition to the existing and fully established use on the Quant Studio 5 Dx system (Thermo Fisher), EndoPredict can now also be implemented on the CFX96™ Dx platform. This further broadens laboratory options for decentralized genomic testing in early breast cancer.

Expanded implementation options for laboratories

The newly validated CFX96™ Dx workflow increases compatibility across widely used real-time PCR platforms, providing laboratories with additional flexibility when integrating EndoPredict into existing molecular diagnostics infrastructure.

Key requirements for implementation include:
  • Use in combination with QIAGEN RNA extraction kits
  • Implementation by trained EndoPredict technical personnel
  • Use of validated template files provided by Eurobio Scientific

Strengthening decentralized genomic testing

By expanding instrument compatibility while maintaining established workflows such as the QS5 Dx system, EndoPredict further supports the decentralization of molecular breast cancer testing. This enables more laboratories to perform genomic risk assessment and chemotherapy benefit prediction locally, improving access to results and supporting integration into routine clinical workflows.

This development reinforces EndoPredict’s position as a flexible and widely deployable genomic solution in ER+/HER2− early breast cancer.
