The TECO® Fungus (1-3)-β-D-Glucan Assay is a kinetic assay that detects the presence of (1-3)-β-D-glucan, a cell wall component of many potentially invasive fungi, in human serum samples. The kit composition with breakable strips and several reagent vials allows multiple runs from one kit.

The TECO® Fast Aspergillus Galactomannan Antigen Lateral Flow Assay detects Aspergillus galactomannan antigen in human serum and BAL. It is used as a fast diagnostic indicator of (invasive) Aspergillus infections and is part of the TECO® FungiLine Fast for rapid detection of the most common invasive fungal infections.

The TECO® Fast Cryptococcus neoformans Antigen Lateral Flow Assay detects the capsular polysaccharide antigen of Cryptococcus in human serum samples and CSF and can be used as a diagnostic indicator of cryptococcal meningitis infections. It is part of the TECO® FungiLine Fast for rapid detection of the most common invasive fungal infections and does not require any sample treatment.

The TECO® Fast Fungus (1-3)-β-D-Glucan Lateral Flow Assay is the first non-kinetic assay to detect (1-3)-β-D-glucan, a well established, unspecific cell wall component of many potentially invasive fungi. The assay is validated for human serum and plasma and is part of the TECO® FungiLine Fast for rapid detection of the most common invasive fungal infections.
